Refund Policy

At TECHSPIRE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT services, including web development, mobile app development, custom software solutions, UI/UX design, and related technology consulting. Client satisfaction is a top priority for us. However, due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are governed by the terms below.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under specific conditions, depending on the nature and stage of the project. You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if:

• The project has not been started or no significant resources have been allocated.
• You have not approved any project milestones or deliverables.
• No custom development or third-party integration has been initiated.
• Your refund request is backed by clear, valid reasoning (e.g., delay from our side, misalignment with contract).

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds in the following cases:

• Work has already started and substantial development or design hours have been spent.
• You’ve approved milestone(s) or partial/full deliverables.
• Project delays are due to missing inputs or feedback from your end.
• The request is made after the agreed delivery timeline has passed and the project is completed.
• Licenses for third-party tools, themes, APIs, or plugins have been purchased on your behalf.

3. Partial Refunds

If the work is in progress but not completed, and a refund is justified, we may issue a partial refund. The refund amount will depend on:

• The percentage of work already completed.
• Time and resources consumed.
• Any third-party costs incurred.

4. Quality Disputes

We strongly believe in continuous communication and client satisfaction. If you are not happy with our deliverables, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We provide multiple revisions within the scope of the initial agreement to address quality concerns.

5. Custom Projects & Consultation

Custom development, consulting hours, strategy sessions, and discovery workshops are non-refundable once delivered, as they involve time and knowledge investment that cannot be reversed or reused.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your project at any point by notifying us in writing. Refunds for cancellations will be calculated based on the project status and work completed till that point. A cancellation fee may apply.

7. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be sent to info@techspiretechnology.co.in with project reference and reason.
• Our billing or project manager will respond within 3–5 business days to assess your request.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Any transaction or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
